Friends of Rachel

A few of you may remember that I was part of a group, Friends of Rachel, last year. Basically, the group focuses on anti-bullying and tries to provide ways to follow through with the message of Rachel Scott, the first victim at the Columbine shooting. We've started the group up again this year, and we'll be holding meeting and such on Thursdays, so I might not be that active on the forums on Thursdays. But it's for a good cause, I promise. <3

C&C Assignment 8 and Beech Modeling Assignment 7

For Crazy and Colourful, we were assigned a color, and it had to be the main purpose of our photo. I was assigned purple! :3
On top of that, since LM won Assignmen 6, she got to sabotage someone... and she chose me. x]
But I sabotaged her before, so it's all good! XD
Anyways, since I was sabotaged, I also had to incorporate orange into my photo. So being the completely unoriginal guy I am, I used Berry sims. Jade's boyfriend was Renoit (purple) and her ex-boyfriend who was also Renoit's best friend, is Clementine. :)
My game crashed after my first few shots, so I was forced to use the last one as my entry (silly me didn't save...). There are definitely a few things I'd change, like the clutter on the counter, but the more I look at this entry, the more it grows on me.

Now on to Beech Modeling...

This was a really unique assignment. We were assigned two colors (yeah, I've been being assigned a lot of stuff lately... :P), I got Violet and Yellow. Our models' lingerie had to be one color, and the background had to be the other color. On top of that, we were only allowed to use two props. O.O
Oh! And it had to be seductive! XD
I'm not thrilled with my end result (the last picture), but hey, it's not awful either. :3

Beech Modeling Assignment 6

I was really excited for this assignment, because I had the perfect idea in mind! We had to show our model seducing a guy. So I figured I'd show two girls getting a little friendly... x]
I love the pose I ended up using, even though it's not all that seductive. :3

The last one was the one I handed in. And since I was the last one to hand in (which was the first time that's ever happened for me...) we've already gotten scores. I placed last. Again. >.<
This is the second assignment in a row I've placed last (thankfully, both rounds were non-elim), and I'm a little discouraged. I also got my least favorite comment ever, which was that my photo looked rushed. I've gotten that comment before a while ago in another comp (but I actually did rush that time, so it made sense) but this picture took me three nights... Even though it doesn't look like it did. XD
Anyways, I'm determined to do better! :)

GJWHF Assignment 11

I feel like I always flaunt over my other models (mainly Marrissa...) but I still love Taylor. <3
She's the first model I ever created, and I just think she's super adorable! ^_^

Anyways, for this assignment we had to show our model having fun in July, and I chose Embrace Your Geekness Day. XD
So I decided to have Taylor in a study, embracing her geekness, obviously. ;D

SNTM Assignment 3 *Contains Nudity!*

For this assignment, we had to show our model in the nude and without makeup, but still in a nature setting. I thought Trinity looked really pretty without any makeup on. <3

My first idea came out okay. But it was super uncreative, and I just wasn't extremely pleased with it. So I decided to start from scratch. x]

My next idea was a high end plant nursery type thing. I ended up having to use a different skin this assignment, because the one I usually use lacks the proper lady parts (as you may notice in the above shots :P). But with the new skin, I still think Trinity looked truly gorgeous! <333

And I ended up using the last one as my entry! :D
I'm pretty proud of it, even if it is a little pearl crazy. x]

In Pain...

I've had this ingrown toenail for about 6 weeks (disgusting, I know) and since my mom's a nurse, she's been treating it. But it hasn't officially gotten better, so she took me to the doctor today. He ended up having to inject novicaine, and remove a third of my nail. I'm in so much pain right now it's unbearable...
On the bright side, I get to miss the rest of school today. :)

Acceptance Letter

I got the letter from the Catholic all boys high school...
I've been accepted, and recommended to take all Honors level classes.
Everyone's happy for me. But I was kinda hoping I wouldn't get it - so the school would be ruled out completely.
I know it's something I should be proud of since it's an extremely difficult school to get in to. But I'm not happy at all.
My parents asked me to tell them why I wanted to go to the public high school, but once I finished explaining my dad said, "Yeah, but you're too young to understand. This school is better."
I can't stand when I'm talked to like a baby. And to make it worse, when I went upstairs they just started talking about me behind my back.
Dad: "This is the first major decision he's going to have to make. It's going to affect the rest of his life."
I understand that the school they want me to go to is going to give me opportunities in life. It's going to allow me to get into better colleges.
But what about my happiness?
Excuse me if I don't want to go to an all boys Catholic high school where I'm going to be unhappy.
High school sucks enough in general. Why send me to a school that's just going to make things worse?
